At Lit’l Precious Ones Child Care, we believe that every child is a precious gift deserving of the highest quality care, nurturing, and education. We’re honored that you are considering joining our family. To help you through the enrollment process, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Confirm Eligibility
Enrollment is open to children six weeks through 5 years of age.

Step 2: Schedule a Private Tour
We warmly invite you to schedule a private tour with our Center Director.
​
Step 3: Complete the Enrollment Application
During your family interview and tour, you will receive the appropriate registration forms from our Center Director. Our admissions team will guide you through each document, answer any questions, and review the next steps for completing your child’s enrollment.

Step 4: Submit Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee is required to reserve your child’s placement at Lit’l Precious Ones Child Care.

Step 5: Provide Enrollment Documents
Submit all completed forms and required documents included in your registration packet to our director.

Step 6: Health & Wellness Requirements
Print, complete, and return the following forms along with your Lit’l Precious Ones Child Care enrollment documents: (click to download)

DHMH 1214 – Emergency Form
DHMH 1215 – Health Inventory
 
Step 7: Review Tuition & Policies
Families are asked to review and acknowledge our Service agreement, payment schedule, and late fee policy prior to enrollment.
